Nikki Lee of Creative Conferences provided all the administrative detail including printing, a list of venues for the meetings and hotels, sponsorship, speaker information and delegate packs. She and her staff took on the administrative running of the meetings taking on the day to day enquiries, dealt with the accommodation of both speakers and delegates with hotel reservations, and arranged lecture facilities together with a variety of social programmes. They were present throughout the meetings and provided a complete package for running the meetings leaving me to provide the scientific content.

I, and my co-organiser feel that without Nikki’s input the meetings would not have been the success (including profit!) that they turned out to be. She and her staff relieved the stress of running the meetings, and dealt with everyone in a very professional and thorough way. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and her team without reservation for organising any professional meeting. Her understanding of the stress and strain placed on us in the medical fraternity is a particular bonus not to be underestimated.

Nikki Lee arranged a conference for 80 gastrointestinal radiologists at a hotel centre in Manchester. This conference was arranged at very short notice and with considerable skill and diligence on Nikki’s behalf. Despite the stresses occasioned by the short time scale of organisation, the conference ran perfectly, within budget and without significant stress for me, the local organiser.

I was also local co-ordinator for the Annual Meeting of the British Society of Interventional Radiology. This is a large society of approximately 400 national and international members, with over 100 speakers and 30 large national and multi-national industry exhibitors. This particular meeting was held at G-Mex in Manchester.

Nikki kept us updated on administrative, financial, exhibition and other matters. I could not at any stage find fault with her organisation of the meeting, which was regarded by the society as the most successful meeting to date.

I would not have a moments hesitation in recommending Creative Conferences for skill, promptness, diligence, responsibility and overall, a very high level of customer satisfaction.
